Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
